Girl Scout Cookie Selling.

Mom and I just got back from selling girl scout cookies at Festival Foods with another girl scout, Emily. It was the last day of selling. So I hope you got your cookies stocked up until next season! :) I don't know why I'm doing this, but I'll just name all the girl scout cookies. Here we go!

Thin Mints (my favorite!)
Caramel DeLites (I hate caramel, so I don't like those. But many other people do!)
Thanks-A-Lot (they are a lot like a fudge stripe.)
Shortbread (plain, delicious shortbread)
Peanut Butter Patties (one of my least favorites.)
Lemonades(they are HUGE, but good)
Cranberry Citrus Crisp (they're new, and I think they taste like fluoride from the dentist.)
Peanut Butter Sandwiches( round plain cookie with peanut butter filling. I eat the peanut butter. That's it.)

Well that's it. Go ahead and put YOUR favorite cookie in the comment section and on my next entire post I'll tally up the votes and post the results.

We Made It To The Hotel!

Mom and I just got back from the La Quinta Hotel pool. The pool barely had any people in it! Anyway, our hotel is really nice. Tomorrow we're going to Build-A-Bear in the Mall of America, check out the American Girl Doll store and get our nails done. Then we're going to go to IKEA and take a look around and maybe buy a thing or two. Last but not least, we're going to CUPCAKE! I'm going to get Mint Chocolate, S'more and Cookies 'n' Cream. It's going to be so fun!

Mom ordered thick-crust-cheese-and-Canadian-bacon pizza and cheese curds from American Pie. I hope the pizza will come soon. Bye!

Snowmobiling

WARNING: This Blog Post Is Kind Of All Over The Place. So DON'T Get Confused! :)

A couple days ago I went snowmobiling with our  camping buddies, Avery, Daikon, Kayna, and Eric.  We went to Praag(it's a restaurant\bar). It took a long time and the trails were really bumpy. I rode with my mom and my brother rode with my dad. It was fun and at Praag I got really yummy cheese curds.

This Saturday after Mom and I get back from Mom and Daughter Day,(other post) their dog, Riley, is coming to our house. Their dog is a Morkie Poo and is pretty small. My mom says that Riley can sleep in my bed. My dog, Charlie, is going to be soooo happy because Riley is his best friend. By the way, I am really excited for Mom and Daughter Day!!!

In the Mom and Daughter Day post, I put that we're going to Cupcake in Minnesota. When I put the names of cupcakes that I wanted to get, I put Triple Chocolate and 3 other cupcakes. Well, Kayna was really nice and since she saw that blog post, she decided to go all the way to Minnesota and get my family 4 cupcakes from Cupcake. She got us Triple Chocolate, I Love Lucy, Betty Crocker and 4th of July cupcakes. Technically they were for my whole family but they aren't really cupcake fans, so I just ate them all for desserts.

Mom and Daughter Day!

My mom and I are going to start a Mom and Daughter Day, which we plan to have at least once a year. We're hoping to go on our first one on March 8th (Saturday) and stay over night until March 9th. We are staying in a hotel in Minnesota. Mom hasn't told me everything that we're going to do yet, because ''It's a surprise''.  So far, all I know is the date and that we are going to go to Mall of America, where the American Girl Doll store is so I should bring Katie (my AG doll), that we might get a manicure and a pedicure, and when she told me the last thing we are going to do, I almost fainted! We are going to Cupcake!!! O.K. I bet about 99% of you have absolutely no idea what Cupcake is. Cupcake is a bakery in Minnesota, and is owned by my all-time favorite-est baker in the whole, wide world, Kevin VanDeraa who is a Cupcake Wars Champion! I'm going to bring a pen and paper with me and ask if I can have his autograph! I'm going to try Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies 'n' Cream, Triple Chocolate and S'more. I'm SOOO excited! (Go to www.cup-cake.com to view Kevin's cupcakes).

These are pictures of the cupcakes I want to try. (They're from the website.)(From left to right, S'more, Triple Chocolate,Cookies 'n' Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip)

Cozy Cups: Use an Old Sock to make a Cool Container.

For this project you will need: A clean jar (I used a Smucker's  peanut butter jar), and a colorful old sock.

Turn the jar upside down. Stretch the sock over the jar, with the top of the sock covering the opening of the jar. Cut the sock so that there's still a little bit on the bottom of the jar(enough to not see the glass). Set it on your desk or by your bed. Store art supplies, hair ties, or other little knick-knacks in your new colorful jar. Cute!

Xoxo, Zoë

Make sure to clean  it, though!

So Pretty!!

Via American Girl... Cozy Cup – use an old sock to make a cool container 1. Stretch a sock over a clean jar, with the top of the sock covering the mouth of the jar. 2. Leaving enough sock to stretch beneath the jar, use a marker to mark the sock where you plan to cut it. 3. Remove the sock, and use scissors to cut off the toe of the sock at the mark. Then put the sock back onto the jar. That’s it!
I got this craft idea from an American Girl magazine.

Welcome to Sew Zoë!

Welcome to Sew Zoë, my new and improved blog!
My inspiration for this new blog comes from the book series, "Sew Zoey" written by Chloe Taylor. This new blog will be about anything, my new video show, "Zoë's Tips", to organizing and personalizing your room. And every so often I'll post some crafts and decorating ideas (maybe some for your American Girl Doll!). I will add funny photos of my pets, and yummy recipes and fashion tips. Anyway, I hope you enjoy Sew Zoë!
